At Silver Creek, we make our avocado bombs by pitting a fresh avocado and stuffing it with cheese. The avocado is then covered in seasoned ground beef and wrapped in bacon. I normally cook them in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. The cooking instructions for the grill are the same, but make sure you put foil underneath to prevent flareups!
